Our fourth day in Finland started with a three hour private training session with the instructor and assistant-instructors.
During our morning training session a reporter from the local newspaper visited us for an interview and some pictures. People in Lohja are working hard to promote hankido. Later we visited Helsinki for some sightseeing and a training session at the local school.
Our second day in Finland started with a morning training at 8:30. Quite a few enthusiasts showed up and we practice circle and flow techniques together. In the afternoon we practiced hankumdo at a local school.
