The Hankimuye Summer Seminars 2016 have come to an end. We shared the mat with a group of very enthusiastic hankido practitioners. Training, sleeping and eating 24/7 at the headquarters of our federation in Incheon, South-Korea. The official seminars lasted two weeks, but some people decided to stay a week longer. In the first week of master Ko Baek-yong’s visit to the Netherlands he taught a week long HKD training camp at Chongmukwan in Urk. Participants from several Dutch schools trained three times a day under the ever watchful eye of master Ko. Each session lasted at least two hours.
The first official Hankimuye fall seminars will take place from October 13 until 24, 2014. We invite everyone to visit our Korean headquarters and train with us in hankido, hapkido and hankumdo during these two weeks. The last training in IJsselstein was attended by students from every corner of the country. We had a great time with master Ko Baek-yong explaining the harmony principle. One last group photo and it was time to say good bye. Looking forward to our next international seminar all ready.
