Photo blog: Finland day 5

Today we had only two training sessions, but that only means we also had a lot of time to talk with the instructors of the Finnish Hankido Federation about the future of Hankido in Finland.

Hankido
In the morning we trained Hankido at the Lohja Sports center. The main technique taught, was technique number seven; mokkkeokkgibeop.

Hankumdo
In the afternoon we trained hankumdo at the gym of the elementary school.
