Master Ko Sehwan will be teaching seminars in the Netherlands, Finland and Spain in September and October this year. Master Ko Sehwan has been invited by schools in these countries to share his knowledge of hankido and hankumdo.

Summer Seminars 2017
In the summer of 2017 two seminars are scheduled by international instructor Ko Sehwan (6th dan). From June 12 until June 16 there will be an intensive weeklong seminar in Lohja, Finland. In August a full week seminar will take place in Urk, the Netherlands, starting Monday August 21.

Hankimuye Spring Training Camp
In the first week of master Ko Baek-yong’s visit to the Netherlands he taught a week long HKD training camp at Chongmukwan in Urk. Participants from several Dutch schools trained three times a day under the ever watchful eye of master Ko. Each session lasted at least two hours.
Start European Seminars
Master Ko Baek-yong arrived in the Netherlands where he will kick off the European Hankimuye Seminars of 2016. Master Ko will also travel to Finland and Spain to teach hankido.
Technical test for sixth dan
Today instructors Ko Sehwan and Klaas Barends passed the technical part of their sixth dan test in the Netherlands.

On this rainy Tuesday we first visited a children’s HKD camp. The camp was organised by two Dutch schools. The kids enjoy a week of games and martial arts at a ‘kampeerboerderij’ (camping farm).
